Every year, HAPPEN is fortunate enough to be able to offer several life-changing scholarships to those seeking to further (or begin!) their careers in the field of health care. These scholarships are presented at the annual Cargiver of the Year awards banquet.

With the 2022 Caregiver of the Year Awards on hold, our scholarships were awarded at a separate event held at Spurwing. Representatives from our partner colleges were on hand to award our winners with their life-changing scholarships!
2023 Scholarship Applications
Applications are open for our 2023 Scholarships! We’re proud to have more scholarships to offer this year that any previous year! Click the link below to be taken to the nomination form. Winners will be announced at the Caregiver of the Year event on May 18th, 2023.

Scholarships Available in 2023
HAPPEN Scholarships
Two $4000 educational scholarships are being offered directly from HAPPEN to be used at any institution of the winner’s choice.
Northwest Nazarene University
Northwest Nazerene University and HAPPEN are offering a $5000 scholarship to the nursing program at NNU.
College of Western Idaho
College of Western Idaho is offering FIVE CNA Scholarships. HAPPEN is further offering to cover the costs of books, materials, and clothing for the winners.
ICOM
The Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine and HAPPEN are offering a $5000 scholarship to ICOM.
