Our Presentation this month will be on the topic of: “Understanding fundamentals of Guardianship/Conservatorship” Here is some information on our presenters:
Dee Childers, MA, CMC –
Dee is the President of Life Changes Elder Care Consulting, LLC. Life Changes provides professional geriatric care management. Dee is a certified, professional care manager (CMC), has a BS in Psychology, and a MS in Marriage and Family Therapy. In addition to her experience as an Aging Life Care Professional TM,she has extensive experience in interpersonal dynamics, crisis management, mediation, navigating the medical system and caregiving. She is a court ordered family Guardian and Conservator.
Julie Robinson, LMSW –
Julie is the owner of Seasons Care Management, a professional guardianship and care management company. Julie has a Bachelor of Social Work, Bachelor of Gerontology, and Master of Social Work degrees. Julie has volunteered for the past 13 years as a support group leader for The Alzheimer’s Association. She currently co-facilitates a group for Early Stage and Early On-set Dementia.
