Angels Anonymous Charity Golf Tournament

15th Annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser

Dear Friends of Hospice:
You can help disadvantaged hospice patients in Southern Idaho by participating in the 15 th Annual Angels Anonymous Golf Tournament Fundraiser. Angels Anonymous is a local 501 © (3) non-profit organization that provides life-changing experiences for terminally-ill people who are on hospice. This annual golf tournament provides funds for items and services that have dramatic impact on the lives of hospice patients and families. We are reaching out early this year in hopes that our special cause would be considered / included in your budgeting process.

You can support this worthwhile cause in a variety of ways:
1. Sign up to golf and bring your golfing buddies to the tournament. A registration form is
enclosed.
2. You or your business can sponsor a hole. $200 for an individual or $150 with a paid team (We
will display your logo at the tee box and you may have a table or display set up.)
3. Whether or not you golf, we would love to see you at the lunch BBQ. Tickets are $20 and
must be purchased in advance so we can order the appropriate amount from the caterer.
4. You may donate a basket or item for the live auction, silent auction or raffle or make a cash
donation to defray tournament expenses.
5. You may purchase raffle tickets in advance for $1 each, 6 for $5, or your wingspan fingertip to
fingertip for $20.
We truly appreciate the support you give to help Angels Anonymous serve hospice patients and their
